Those participating were Timco, Jim Sloan Ford, Tennessee Aluminum Processors, Columbia Kiwanis, Regions Bank, and Columbia city employees.
In other action, the school board Thursday approved $663,912 for 8 school buses. They also approved using $600,000 for text book purchases.
